Stas Chernychko is an entrepreneur, investor, and engineering leader with more than 13 years building and scaling technology, from early-stage products to enterprise platforms. He is co-founder and partner at Varyence and Equet, where his work centers on agentic AI, and on the architecture and delivery discipline that puts it into production. He is the co-author of “The 6 Startup Stages”, holds a master’s degree in computer science, and has led engineering teams across Europe through the full product lifecycle, from defining what to build to scaling it.
