Invellis is in invite-only preview. Request an invite

Governable like software.
Addressable like a colleague.

An Invellis teammate is not an app your team installs. It is registered as an agent in your own directory and it holds a licensed Microsoft 365 account, so your administrators can see it, scope it, audit it and switch it off using the tools they already run.

Observability

You cannot govern what you cannot see. It is visible from the day it is deployed.

  • It appears in your agent inventory

Because it is registered as an agent on the Microsoft agent platform, it shows up alongside every other agent your organisation runs. There is no separate console to check and no shadow deployment to discover later.

  • You can see what it did

Actions are attributed to the teammate, not to whoever was signed in. That is the difference between an audit trail you can follow and one that says an employee did something at 3am.

  • Its activity sits with everything else you run

Usage and activity show up in the same views your administrators already use to oversee agents, so reviewing a teammate is part of a routine someone has rather than a new report for somebody to build.

Governance

It arrives as a managed object in your tenant, not as a tool somebody signed up for.

  • Access is scoped in Microsoft Entra

Its identity is governed the same way an employee's is: least privilege, conditional access, and the permissions you grant rather than the ones it asks for. If your policies apply to accounts in your tenant, they apply to it.

  • Administered where your team already works

Governed from the Microsoft admin centres your IT and security teams use every day, not a vendor portal with its own logins, its own roles and its own audit trail to reconcile at the end of the quarter.

  • You can switch it off

Offboarding is the same motion as offboarding a person: disable the account and its access ends. You do not need us to do it, and you do not need to wait for us.

Security

Whatever you already run applies to it. We are not asking you to trust a new control plane.

  • Your existing tooling covers it

Because it is an account and an agent in your tenant, the security tooling you already license reaches it. Organisations running Microsoft Defender see it in the same posture and threat protection as the rest of the estate; organisations running Microsoft Intune apply the same policy guardrails. We are not replacing any of that.

  • It cannot quietly widen its own access

It holds the permissions you granted. Extending what a teammate can reach is a change your administrators make, and it is visible in your directory when they make it.

Privacy

The work stays in your tenant. What leaves it, and what does not, is written down.

  • The work and the record stay yours

The teammate is deployed into your own Microsoft 365 and Azure tenant. What it produces and the record of what it did live there, under your administrative control, and they are unaffected if you stop working with us.

  • Your data governance applies to what it creates

Files, messages and records it produces sit in your tenant like any other content, so the retention, labelling and discovery policies you run in Microsoft Purview apply to them. A teammate does not create a pocket of data outside your own governance.

  • Nothing is used to train a model

Content it sends for processing reaches Azure environments Invellis operates under Microsoft's enterprise terms, never a public or consumer AI service, and none of it trains anyone's model. Section 12 of our Terms of Use carries that in writing. Enterprise deployments can host the models in your own Azure subscription instead.

What this does not do

A teammate is subject to the controls you run; it does not provide them. If your organisation does not license a given Microsoft security or compliance product today, deploying a teammate does not add it. What it does mean is that you are not asked to adopt anything new to govern the teammate: it is covered by whatever you already have, and by whatever you add later.
