When does billing actually start?
After the pilot. Getting the teammate set up and working for its first 30 days costs you nothing. Before it starts, we write down what it has to do to count as working, in your own numbers: tickets closed, invoices processed, hours returned, whatever that workflow measures. The first invoice comes only once it has done that. If it falls short, you owe nothing and there is nothing to cancel. Your term, annual or monthly, starts at that first invoice rather than on the day you sign.
What if we need more from one teammate?
Think of a teammate as one hire. If you need twice the work from the same teammate, you pay for two, just as you would for a person. It's your decision, at the same price per teammate, and nothing changes until you say so. If you don't, your bill stays the same. We'll just tell you when your teammate has more work than it can keep up with.
Can we add more teammates later?
Yes, whenever you want, billed at the same monthly price as the first. Each can be scoped to different work, or to a different team. Until you do, the invoice does not move: ordinary business use does not produce a usage charge at the end of the month.
Will the price go up?
Not on the Core plan. Today's Core prices are preview prices, and teams who subscribe to Core during the preview keep their rate for as long as they stay subscribed, on annual or monthly billing, including any teammates they add later. If we raise Core prices for new customers, yours stays the same. The lock covers the Core fee; add-ons we may offer later are priced separately, and only if you choose them. Enterprise pricing is agreed with you directly.
Do we have to buy Microsoft licenses for the agent?
No. We deploy them. The teammate needs licensing to hold a real identity and to be governed and audited like any other account, and we provision that into your tenant as part of the fee. Nothing is added to your Microsoft bill, and your IT team administers the agent with the tools they already run.
If your own IT would rather provision it, which larger organisations often prefer, that works too. We tell them exactly what each teammate needs, and the licensing sits on your Microsoft agreement instead of ours.
Can we cancel?
Yes. On monthly billing, 30 days' notice ends it: nothing to buy out, no multi-year commitment. Annual billing runs a full twelve months, which is what the 15% saving buys. Either way the teammate works inside your own tenant, so the work it produced and the record of what it did stay with you.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. The teammate reads what it needs to do the work, and nothing is used to train models. Access is scoped to exactly the resources its role requires, the same way a person in that role would be granted access, and every action it takes is logged in your own tenant, where your IT and compliance teams can see it with the tools they already use. Our Trust Center sets out our compliance status, the controls we operate and our subprocessors.
